NHS England, Patients Registered at a GP PracticeThe evidence
Everyone in this market shows you a graph. Almost nobody tells you where it came from. So here's the whole Wembley Park story with its working shown — each figure sits next to the NHS release it comes from, and you can re-derive any of it from files that are free to download.

The practice we grew
A single GP surgery in north-west London, ODS code E84709. We began work in April 2024. Every "since we started" figure on this page runs from that month.
Registered list, Apr 2023 to Jul 2026
From 17,632 in April 2024 to 26,120 by July 2026: an increase of 8,488 registered patients, or 48.1%. It's a subtraction between two rows of the same NHS spreadsheet. Anyone can repeat it.
The bit everyone else leaves out
In April 2024 the practice relocated into the new Wembley Park development, postcode HA9 8HD to HA9 0GL. That move is visible in the very same NHS files. A sceptic with a spreadsheet finds it in five minutes, so we'd rather you heard it from us. The obvious question follows: wasn't the growth just new housing? The catchment-share figure below is the answer. Share is blind to how many people moved into the area, because every other practice in range had exactly the same residents to register.

NHS England, Patients Registered at a GP PracticeWhat we did to cause it — internal reporting
The figures above are the outcome, checkable against NHS files. These next ones are the cause: our own reporting from Google and the ad platforms. They're honest and attested, but you can't verify them from a public source, so we keep them clearly apart and never mix them with the NHS numbers.
