What this site is

This is an informational marketing site for our done-for-you patient-list-growth service. Nothing on it is a contract for that service; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

The figures we show

The registration figures and charts on this site are drawn from NHS England's published data("Patients Registered at a GP Practice"), used under the Open Government Licence. Where we show a growth figure, it is our own calculation from those public files, and we tell you the source so you can check it yourself. We take care to be accurate, but the data is provided "as is": you should verify any figure against the NHS source before relying on it. Past list growth is not a promise of future results, for any practice.

The "look up your practice" tool

The practice look-up shows public, aggregate NHS registration data for the practice you enter. It is for general information only and is not professional, legal, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• scrape or bulk-extract the site's content by automated means without our permission.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, and branding are owned by Cardboard Creative Ltd. The underlying NHS data is Crown copyright, licenced under the Open Government Licence. You may share links to our pages; you may not reproduce our content as your own.

Liability

We provide the site with reasonable care but make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its figures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
