How it works

We run it. You check it.

Practice managers don't have a spare afternoon a week for marketing, and we don't expect one. The programme runs on our side from day one. What lands on your side is a registered list that climbs, and a number every month you can check against NHS England's own figures.

The sequence

Three steps, always in this order.

  1. 01

We find where the list is leaking

Before anything goes live, we work out where the practice is losing local share, or simply under-penetrated for the population around it. That comes from two things together: NHS registration data for the practice and its neighbours, and a catchment analysis of who's actually nearby. It tells us where the opportunity is before we spend a pound reaching for it.

  2. 02

We run the growth programme, done-for-you

Google Business Profile and local SEO, paid search, and social, all run on your behalf. Nobody at the practice needs to write a post, approve an ad, or learn a platform. The brief, the execution, and the ongoing management sit with us; the practice keeps doing what it does, which is running a surgery.

  3. 03

The list climbs, and we report it against NHS figures

Every month, we show the registered-list movement against NHS England's own published release for that practice, not a number we've calculated ourselves. If a claim doesn't trace back to a file you could download yourself, it doesn't go in the report.

What the sequence produced

At Wembley Park Drive Medical Centre, the list grew by 8,488.

We began work in April 2024. By July 2026 the registered list had gone from 17,632 to 26,120, a rise of 8,488 patients, or 48.1%. That's the outcome of the three steps above, run in that order, over two years. It's also a subtraction between two rows of the same NHS spreadsheet, so it's not a figure you have to take our word for.

What step two looked like in practice (internal reporting)

These are our own figures from the channels we ran, not NHS data, so treat them as supporting colour rather than proof. The registered-list growth above is the number that matters, and it's the one you can verify yourself.
